I brought in my 2012 Impala LS for its first oil change. I also paid for a tire rotation. I was very well satisfied with my service and the amount of time I had to wait. I am confused,though, about when to get an oil change. My On-Star program says that my first oil change should have been at 5800 miles. However, Mike Anderson employees informed me that I need to get my oil changes every three months or 3000 miles. Therefore, I do not know when to schedule my next oil change. I brought my saturn in for a recall problem with the steering module. Sonja did a great job when i called to schedule the appt. She put all my information in the computer including the recall number. So the morning that I brought my saturn in Paul was able to complete the check-in process quickly. He called me later in the day to let me know that everything was completed. When I came to pick up the car, Paul , remembered me by name, and the check-out process was quick. I appreciate the car wash too.
